I Parry Everything TV Anime’s 1st Video Unveils Cast, Staff, July Premiere – News


The staff for the television anime of Nabeshiki and Kawaguchi‘s I Parry Everything: What Do You Mean I’m the Strongest? I’m Not Even an Adventurer Yet! (Ore wa Subete o “Parry” Suru: Gyaku Kanchigai no Sekai Saikyō wa Bōken-sha ni Naritai) light novel series debuted its first full promotional video and a teaser visual on Wednesday. The video announces the anime’s cast, staff, and July premiere.

The newly announced cast members include (spelling of some names not confirmed):

Dai Fukuyama (episode director on Beyblade franchise, Fate/Zero) serves as director, Shigeru Murakoshi (Zombie Land Saga, I’m Quitting Heroing) is in charge of the series scripts, Chikako Noma is designing the characters, and Tatsuhiko Saiki (My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, Girlfriends, Girlfriends) is composing the music. OLM is animating the series.

Hakusensha announced on Monday that Nozomi Ginyoku‘s I’m a Behemoth, an S-Ranked Monster, but Mistaken for a Cat, I Live as an Elf Girl’s Pet (S Rank Monster no “Behemoth” dakedo, Neko to Machigawarete Elf Musume no Pet Toshite Kurashitemasu) light novel series is getting a television anime adaptation.

The anime will star Tasuku Hatanaka as Tama, Riho Sugiyama as Tama in cat form, and Hinaki Yano as Aria.

Yen Press is releasing both the light novel series and the manga adaptation in English, and it describes the story:

After dying in a fight against the forces of evil, a knight finds himself reincarnated as one of the most powerful monsters in the world: a behemoth! Problem is, he has to grow up before he can really strut his stuff, and a baby behemoth looks an awful lot like…a housecat?! And when an elf adventurer decides to take him in, he may need his help as much as he needs!

Ginyoku launched the story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō (Let’s Become Novelists) website in August 2017, and the story ended its fifth part in August 2021. Micro Magazine published
